Privacy Notice

We use the name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and order details you provide to take payment, fulfil your order, send service messages and help with support requests. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Frozen Harvests.

If you choose Allow analytics, the site loads Meta Pixel. We send explicit shopping events such as page views, product and variant identifiers, cart quantities and values, checkout progress, and a paid order identifier. These events help us measure advertising and understand which products lead to sales.

We do not place your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment details or guest-access token into Pixel events. Generic page tracking is disabled on account and order pages, and every Meta event is suppressed whenever the page URL contains an access token.

Meta may also receive technical information supplied by your browser, such as your IP address, user agent and the page URL, and process it under its Privacy Policy.

Commerce Manager can fetch a product feed containing public catalog information: product and variant IDs, names, descriptions, prices, stock availability, product links and public images. This feed contains no customer or visitor information and works independently of your analytics choice.

Frozen Harvests delivers within the Philippines, and the shop is meant for visitors in the Philippines. To keep it that way, our servers check the network address of each visit against a published list of Philippine internet address ranges. The check runs on our own servers: the address is not sent to anyone for this purpose and is not stored. A visitor outside the Philippines may be shown a notice instead of the shop.

That address list includes IP geolocation data by DB-IP. Separately, when city-level visit notifications are switched on for the shop team, the address is used only as the lookup key with ipinfo.io and is never written into those notifications.

Meta analytics is off until you allow it. Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with Privacy choices in the footer; choosing No thanks stops further Pixel events from this browser. Clearing site data also clears the saved choice.

To ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, email [email protected]. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own information.
